A serene and spiritual place steeped in legend and beauty.
Nihondaira Yume Terrace
Next, travel uphill to the Nihondaira Yume Terrace, a stunning modern observatory offering sweeping 360° views of Mt. Fuji, Izu Peninsula, and Shimizu Port. We booked this tour for four people because we wanted to see sights without being shuttled on and off a tour bus with a crowd of people. We chose well! In total, great day and highly recommend this excursion!

The highlight of this tour was definitely the stunning view of Mt. Fuji from Miho-no-Matsubara. The clear skies allowed us to see the snow-capped peak in all its glory. The guide was very knowledgeable and shared interesting cultural stories along the way. The entire excursion was well-paced, giving enough time to enjoy each spot without feeling rushed. Highly recommend.

Excellent shore tour for Shimizu port. Picked us up right from the port with excellent instructions and contact before the tour. We stopped at the terrace and waterfall that were beautiful themselves but also had fantastic views of Mt Fuji. Thank you!

I booked a private tour with Felix back in May for our upcoming November visit. I had the pleasure to communicate with Hirokane throughout the porcess.
As promised, our guide met us at the port (we were a tad early) and away we went. On the way to see the waterfalls, the skies were just starting to clear. At the first viewing point for Mt. Fuji, it was cloudy and we can only make out the top of the mt. As the day progressed, Mt. Fuji was kind to us and revealed herself fully, to the clicking of cameras! It was great that we were able to view this spectucular sight from multiple vantage points that were not overrunned by tourists.
Doris Mers –
Our guide was a wonderful guide on our excursion to Mount Fuji. She was so personable, and a wealth of information. She always wanted to find great spots for our pictures of the beautiful mountain and she must've taken 100 pictures of us, for us. Everywhere we went the mountain was in our view and we learned so much about the culture.. This was really the perfect excursion while in the port of Shimizu. Thank you for giving us the perfect day!
Alyson Brooks –

Samantha –
This tour was EXCELLENT! Communication was great, we were met right off the cruise ship as promised. Our guide was exceptional. His English is very good and she worked hard not only to show us beautiful sights, but teach us about Japan.

We had a group of 8 who took the tour to Mt Fuji from the port. Our consultant Thomas helped us so much to arrange this tour - 11 out of 10. We saw beautiful waterfalls, and of course great views of Mt Fuji. Highly recommend. Do keep in mind Mt Fuji can get hazy - so no guarantees of a great view. It started hazy then cleared up for us. The falls were truly fantastic with water being fed straight out of the walls with spring water.
Gerd –
The tour gave a well-rounded experience of Shimizu’s natural and cultural treasures. The Shiraito Falls were a peaceful highlight for me and my wife. Sammy (our sale) made booking straightforward, and the guide’s professionalism enhanced the overall experience.

Great tour organizer - very easy and great booking experience. We had an amazing with Kiyo around Mount Fuji. We were five kids and three adults, and she took very well care about teaching us about all the things that are important.
