Yes. We closely monitor all cruise ship arrivals at every Japanese port. If your ship is delayed, we adjust the tour start time accordingly, or adapt the itinerary to ensure you still see the highlights within your available time. We never leave without you.

Cruise itineraries can change due to weather or port conditions. If your ship skips a port entirely, we offer a refund policy. We recommend keeping us informed of any changes as early as possible so we can arrange alternatives where possible.

Yes. All transportation from the cruise terminal to the tour destinations and back to the ship is included in your tour price. You simply meet your guide at the port exit. We take care of everything else including air-conditioned vehicles or public transport where appropriate.
