This tour was a wonderful introduction to Kochi. Our guide, Yuki, was incredibly knowledgeable and had a lovely, calming presence. She brought the history of the Yamauchi clan to life in such an engaging way. The pace was perfect for us, with just enough walking and plenty of opportunities to sit or take photos. Highly recommend for those who want something meaningful but not too strenuous.

We especially enjoyed the time at Hirome Market! The bonito tataki was delicious and our guide made sure we knew which stalls were safe and popular. The minibus was very clean and comfortable, with large windows for sightseeing. We would’ve loved a little more time at the lookout point, but otherwise it was a very enjoyable half-day.

Excellent organization from start to finish. Felix who helped us book online was quick and very helpful with our questions. At the port, our guide was waiting with a clear sign and a warm smile. Every stop was rich with history and scenic beauty. Katsura Hama was breathtaking. I’m so glad we chose this excursion over staying on the ship!

Everything was smooth and well-paced. I appreciated that the itinerary had a mix of indoor and outdoor spots, it helped manage the heat. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, and the statue of Ryoma gave us great photos. I’d like to thank the support team, especially Thomas who helped me very responsive and kind.

As a Japanese-Canadian traveling with my mother, I was touched by how this tour respected both international guests and local traditions. The guide’s stories about Sakamoto Ryoma were so inspiring. My mother especially loved the peaceful atmosphere at the lookout over the sea. The whole experience was gentle, well-timed, and very enriching. Thank Sammy so much to help us during our planning!
