Celebrity Millennium Cruise Shared Shore Excursions in Japan

Booking with Japan Shore Excursions is simple and secure.

You may reserve your shared excursion online via our website by filling inquiry form or pay online via Onepay. Upon selecting your preferred tour, departure date, and number of guests, you’ll receive an instant booking confirmation. Early reservations are recommended, as our curated small group tours fill quickly due to limited capacity.

To ensure an elevated and intimate experience, our tours operate with a small group, no more than 14 guests. This allows for more personal interaction with your guide and a comfortable pace throughout the day.

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your Celebrity Millennium shore excursions; however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Shore Excursions Asia (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.

The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:

• More than 40 days prior to trip departure: 10% of the deposit paid is non-refundable. This will be saved for your next trip with us. The rest of the deposit paid will be refunded (bank fee levied by your end)
• 40 – 30 days prior to trip departure: 35% charged of the deposit paid
• 29 – 15 days: 50% charged of the deposit paid
• 14 – 10 day: 75% charged of total amount
• Less than 10 days or No show: 100% charged of total amount

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

In case the Celebrity Millennium ship is unable to dock at ports or tender can’t discharge passengers, we will refund you Lunch (if any) and entrance fee. As for the guide and vehicle expenses, we will try our best to negotiate with our service providers to minimize the cancellation charge since we have arranged/sent them to the port to welcome you. We will advise you in specific details if this is case and get back to you with the refund amount at our soonest possible.

No worries. We track the ship’s real-time status and will adjust your tour start time if needed. We always build in a time buffer to ensure a relaxed and secure return to the ship.

Normally, each group tour includes:

• Round-trip transportation from your cruise terminal

• Expert English-speaking local guide

• Entry fees for all included attractions

• All taxes, tolls, and fuel charges

• Our Back-to-Ship Guarantee

Meals and optional personal expenses are not included unless stated.

Your guide will meet you right outside the cruise terminal, holding a sign with your name or the tour group name. We monitor your ship’s docking time and adjust accordingly, so you're never rushed or left behind.
