Full Itinerary
Upon arrival at the Hakodate port, we will take a scenic drive to Goryokaku Park & Tower. Standing on the top of Goryokaku Tower at the height of 350 foot, we will easily enjoy the spectacular view of star-shaped Fort Goryokaku of Hakodate. Also, take a stroll along the part for beautiful natural sights.
Next, we will visit Hakodate Asaichi Market, known as morning market. The market is full of stores with a variety of products from souvenirs to foods. We can enjoy a bowl of steaming rice with fresh seafood or try the thrill of squid fishing for an amazing experience. Move to Hachiman-zaka & Motomachi Area where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of lapping harbor. Two sides with two splendid lines of green trees are likely creating splendor background for the place. Let’s walk around, breathe in the fresh air and soak in the scenic place.
We go on our journey by experiencing Yunokawa Onsen that is among the best resorts for hot spring bath. Spend time immerse into the hot water in a chilling atmosphere and listen to the talks and heartwarming conversations with locals. You can also try some tasty foods of the resort in the case you’re hungry.
Our last visit is in Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse. There are hundreds of restaurants and stores as well as microbrewery made of red bricks and designed in Western-factory architecture. Today, these warehouses maintain value essence of the area’s history. We will enjoy the scenic view over the city on the Mt. Hakodate Ropeway before driving back to the port for your departure.
