This tour was a wonderful introduction to Kochi. Our guide, Yuki, was incredibly knowledgeable and had a lovely, calming presence. She brought the history of the Yamauchi clan to life in such an engaging way. The pace was perfect for us, with just enough walking and plenty of opportunities to sit or take photos. Highly recommend for those who want something meaningful but not too strenuous.

We especially enjoyed the time at Hirome Market! The bonito tataki was delicious and our guide made sure we knew which stalls were safe and popular. The minibus was very clean and comfortable, with large windows for sightseeing. We would’ve loved a little more time at the lookout point, but otherwise it was a very enjoyable half-day.
