Full Itinerary

Our local tour guide and driver will meet you at the port and we start your Nagasaki day tour from cruise port by a scenic drive to Takeo city. We will stop at Yoko Museum to explore ancient ceramics as well as porcelain from Tang to Qing dynasty which is the most well-being dynasty of feudal China. There are various items in the museum as valuable masterpieces, for example, the Blue and white baluster fish jar from Yuan Dynasty, Vase Peach Bloom Gaze, or Biscuit porcelain model of dragon boat from Qing Dynasty.

We can visit the Keishuen Garden regarded as the artwork treasure following the Japanese style. Take a stroll along the grassy yard with the background of colorful flowers and enjoy the man-made waterfall with a unique structure of over 2000 tons of rock. Then, we walk to the Teahouse Mifune-Jaya for tea drinking experience in Japanese style. You will feel an elegant space when enjoying tea in this special style of the symbolic wooden plate.

We will take a drive back to Nagasaki to visit the last place in our excursion – Peace Memorial Park. The park is to remind the bloody period caused by atomic bombing on 9th August 1945 in this city, when thousands of people faced with heavy consequences, even later generations. Also, we take a visit to the museum nearby to understand the horror of war and have a glimpse of the hall for the memorial lamentable victims.

Before ending the trip, we will overview the breathtaking Dejima which is a man-made island to divide Portuguese residents from Japanese society. We drive you back to the port for your next Japan shore excursion and the trip now finishes.
