How to reserve my slots on shared tour?
Booking with Japan Shore Excursions is simple and secure. You may reserve your shared excursion online via our website by filling inquiry form or pay online via Onepay. Upon selecting your preferred tour, departure date, and number of guests, you’ll receive an instant booking confirmation. Early reservations are recommended, as our curated small group tours fill quickly due to limited capacity.
How many people will be in each group from Celebrity Millennium?
To ensure an elevated and intimate experience, our tours operate with a small group, no more than 14 guests. This allows for more personal interaction with your guide and a comfortable pace throughout the day.
What is included in the Celebrity Millennium shore excursions price?
Normally, each group tour includes:
Round-trip transportation from your cruise terminal
Expert English-speaking local guide
Entry fees for all included attractions
All taxes, tolls, and fuel charges
Our Back-to-Ship Guarantee
Meals and optional personal expenses are not included unless stated.
What is your cancellation policy of Japan Shore Excursions?
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your Celebrity Millennium shore excursions; however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation we will refund any payment made to Shore Excursions Asia (less any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days of our receipt of your written cancellation request.
The cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
- More than 40 days prior to trip departure: 10% of the deposit paid is non-refundable. This will be saved for your next trip with us. The rest of the deposit paid will be refunded (bank fee levied by your end)
- 40 – 30 days prior to trip departure: 35% charged of the deposit paid
- 29 – 15 days: 50% charged of the deposit paid
- 14 – 10 day: 75% charged of total amount
- Less than 10 days or No show: 100% charged of total amount
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.
