Great experience & tour

I booked a tour/transfer pick up from our ship in Kobe, Japan to Osaka airport (KIX) for our group of 14 people. We wanted to tour Osaka on the way to the airport. I worked with Sammy who is excellent person to work with! She sent me a quote right away, she answered all my questions right away, she was always on top of everything, great communication.

We had a nice, comfortable transfer bus, very helpful driver and a fantastic guide. Everything was done in a timely manner. Thank you so much

Excellent tour of Matsuyama, Japan

We booked a tour of Matsuyama Japan with Shore Excursions Asia. Sammy was very helpful with getting us booked and keeping us informed on the logistics (pickup location, english-speaking guide, etc).

Haruko was our guide and she did an amazing job. She kept our group moving but we did not feel hurried. She also did an excellent job of explaining some of the history of the sites we visited (Dogo Onsen area, Ichiteji Temple, Shiki Museum and Matsuyama Castle). We even stopped by a local to purchase some tangerines which were delicious.

Amazing Adventures in Asia

As we prepared for our trip to Asia, I completed research on places to see amd things to do in each of the countries we would be visiting. When I found Shore Excursions Asia and read their reviews, I knew they were the company with whom we’d book our shore excursions.

From my initial contact and throughout our nearly 3 weeks of traveling, we were provided with the highest level of customer service. Sammy, our contact, was highly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. She helped our group select tours that were just right for us. She provided us with a detailed itinerary of each excursion which included pricing and then followed up by sending the information to us cua WhatsApp. All our communications were through WhatsApp and this included communication with our guides.

Excellent, excellent, exhausting!

We were treated to 5 amazing days, with guides, transportation, accommodations, meals, and breathtaking sights, all in a costume package, for thousands of dollars less than equivalent package from the cruise line. We had 10 people in our group, and after a few emails with Sammy, we had everything set up. Yes I reached out to Sammy often and she responded so quickly.

This experience would have been a steal at 3 times the price. Forgive my raving, all 10 of us on the excursion were equally overwhelmed by it's excellence.

Great Shore Excursions in Japan

We did three Excursions with Shore Excursions Asia while touring Japan. Our guides were fluent in English, were well prepared and versed in the local history and provided expert tours and compassionate care for our group. Our drivers were courteous and helpful and safely drove us to all of our destinations. We would definitely use this tour group again. We had a great time.

An excellent source for great excursions!!!

We used Shore Excursions Asia for a tour of Hirosaki Castle and Neputa Village. The tour was excellent. The tour guide, Yoshi, was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. The tour bus was clean and comfortable and the bus driver was professional and safe.

This tour was taken from the port of Aomori, Japan during a cruise on the Holland America Westerdam. We are planning on using Shore Excursions Asia again on our next Asian cruise.
